Georgia Tech will enter the NCAA Tournament as the No. 3 seed in the Gainesville regional with host Florida, FAU, and Mercer. Here are a few things you need to do/need to know ahead of this weekends action:

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

- Game one against FAU begins at 2:30 pm ET on ESPNU 📺
- All games will be played in Gainesville 🌴
- This is the 13th postseason appearance 💪
- Tech battled Mercer on March 25 🐻

SCOUTING THE COMPETITION

🐊 No. 1 Florida Gators (43-14, 14-10 SEC) // The Gators played spoiler to No. 1 Oklahoma in the two’s regular season finale series, taking a 2-1 advantage. In the SEC Tournament, Florida fell in the first round in eight innings to Ole Miss.

🦉 No. 2 Florida Atlantic Owls (44-10, 23-4 AAC) // FAU was upset in the first round of the American Athletic Conference Tournament by No. 4 seeded North Texas 1-0. The Owls have power four “upsets” over NC State, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Kansas, and Clemson.

🐻 No. 4 Mercer Bears (38-24, 11-9 SoCon) // Mercer bested Tech 8-5 on March 25 en route to a SoCon Tournament title for the automatic bid. The Bears had to battle back in the elimination bracket and beat Chattanooga in a doubleheader to take the crown.
