Demaryius Thomas was a standout wide receiver for Georgia Tech, leaving an indelible mark on the Yellow Jackets' football program. Thomas overcame significant personal challenges to become one of the most respected players in college football and later on in the NFL. At Georgia Tech, he played under Coach Paul Johnson and was a key figure in the team's transition to the triple-option offense.

Thomasโ€™ exceptional athleticism, strong work ethic, and unwavering determination made him a pivotal player for the Yellow Jackets. During his time at Georgia Tech from 2007 to 2009, he amassed over 2,300 receiving yards, consistently making big plays in crucial moments. His 2009 season was particularly remarkable, as he helped lead the team to an ACC Championship and a berth in the Orange Bowl.
